Senior Manager, Payments

About the role

Lead the Payments organization for end‑to‑end delivery of Payments and Invoice Management across assigned markets. You will drive performance, stakeholder engagement and process standardisation while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Payments and Invoice Management delivery across markets, meeting SLA, KPI and compliance targets.
• Act as senior point of contact for Finance, Treasury, Procurement and Business Units, ensuring strong cross‑functional collaboration.
• Maintain and govern standardised payment and invoice processes, SOPs, controls and KPI ownership.
• Lead a multi‑layered team of Cluster Leads, Market SMEs and Specialists, managing resource allocation and talent development.
• Drive automation, AI and digital enablement initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Oversee third‑party providers, sponsor outsourced services and manage escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8‑10 years of experience in Procurement, Finance or related business functions.
• People‑management experience for 20+ resources.
• Fluency in English; additional language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• SAP ERP experience (MM and FI modules).
• Strong understanding of Payments and Invoice Processing operations.
• Knowledge of tax, statutory and audit requirements across markets.
