Senior Manager, Mobile App Development

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development of our crypto mobile applications. You will shape the technical strategy, drive innovation, and ensure our apps meet the highest standards of performance, security, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define the app development strategy, technical roadmap and quarterly plans aligned with business goals and industry trends.
• Choose and optimise the technical architecture, frameworks and technology stack (e.g., Swift, Kotlin/Java, Flutter, React Native).
• Oversee the full lifecycle: demand analysis, design, coding, unit/integration/UAT testing, launch, iteration and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Introduce advanced tools and methodologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure app security, compliance with BSP regulations and stability for core functions such as spot trading, derivatives, fund transfers and asset management.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in mobile app development and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of crypto‑related financial services and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to production.
