Senior Manager, Invoice to Cash

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Invoice to Cash (ITC) function for its Global Services Finance team in Manila. The role focuses on optimizing cash flow, minimizing financial risk, and delivering end‑to‑end service excellence for assigned operating companies.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of operational KPIs such as Cycle Time, Automation Rate, Unapplied Cash, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Lead a team of direct and indirect reports, ensuring compliance with laws, J&J Credo, and internal controls.
• Drive system and process transformations, including acquisitions, divestitures, and business model changes.
• Partner with finance, commercial, and other business units to resolve issues, align priorities, and communicate performance and risk to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA, MBA) preferred.
• 8‑12 years of relevant experience with at least 4‑7 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven track record in operational excellence, process redesign, and delivering measurable automation results.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Expertise in ITC cash applications and end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Data‑driven decision making and ability to build business cases using financial metrics.
• Experience leading automation initiatives and system/process transformations.
