Senior Manager - Client Engagement & Client Services Support

About the role

Everise is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of client‑facing engagements across its Philippines sites. The role combines on‑site support for client visits with the development of standardized processes that drive consistency and efficiency globally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site coordination and support during client visits and executive engagements, managing meeting flow, timing, and cross‑team coordination.
• Oversee end‑to‑end logistics planning, ensuring site readiness, scheduling, access, materials, and supporting teams are prepared.
• Develop and maintain structured planning tools such as run sheets, trackers, and checklists.
• Lead the creation of engagement playbooks, templates, and coordination frameworks to standardize execution.
• Partner with Client Services, Operations, Facilities, IT, HR, and site leadership to define ownership, timelines, and expectations.
• Support global initiatives aimed at improving coordination models, workflows, and engagement planning.
• Establish tracking and reporting mechanisms for engagement readiness and identify systemic gaps for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in program coordination, client services support, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to develop and scale standardized processes, tools, and playbooks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple functional teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving orientation with a focus on reducing last‑minute escalations.
