Senior Landscape Architect - Manila

About the role

A full-time Senior Landscape Architect position in the Manila office, open to candidates with 7 years of experience. The role involves working with a multi-disciplinary project team to deliver several landscape architecture projects under the direct guidance of senior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple small to medium landscape design projects from concept to construction, coordinating all stages and aspects of each project.
• Organise day-to-day design, production and documentation work, and coordinate the contract administration of the projects.
• Ensure deliverables meet the technical and contractual terms of the project contract.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and consultants, and prepare reports and presentations and attend meetings as needed.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are followed and obtain required approvals during design development and drawing and documentation production.
• Assist with the post-tender contract administration stage, coordinating with contractors and clients' representatives.

Required profile

• University degree (post-graduation or equivalent) in landscape architecture or architecture.
• CMLI or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience on sizeable landscape design projects.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion and Revit is an added advantage.
• Ability to read, write and interpret technical drawings, specifications, reports, proposals, contracts and tender documents.
