Senior Invoice to Cash Manager

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Invoice to Cash Manager to lead and optimise its accounts payable and receivable functions in the Philippines. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution to ensure cost‑effective, compliant, and high‑impact financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage programmes that advance AP/AR initiatives while delivering measurable business results.
• Perform advanced trend and competitive analyses to continuously refine the AP/AR strategy.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial deliverables, resolve backlog issues, and maintain strong governance of financial records.
• Evaluate and improve financial controls and systems for efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and supervise junior colleagues through consultation, training, and matrix‑style leadership.
• Embed Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team objectives and decision‑making processes.
