Senior Growth SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior Growth SEO Specialist to own and scale organic performance across our high‑volume website. You will drive visibility in AI‑powered search, optimise on‑page elements, run CRO experiments and ensure the site remains healthy and indexable.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly on‑page analysis and implement changes that improve rankings, traffic and conversions on priority pages.
• Design, execute and analyse conversion‑rate‑optimisation experiments from hypothesis to results.
• Research, create and publish intent‑led pages based on keyword opportunities.
• Build and optimise content that appears in large language model (LLM) search results.
• Monitor site health, resolve indexation, crawlability and 404 issues with the web team.
• Produce weekly performance reports and deep‑dive analyses for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Champion SEO best practices across content and outreach teams, maintaining documentation and sharing learnings.
• Lead cross‑functional SEO projects, coordinating with content, web and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Senior‑level SEO expertise with 2–3 years of experience owning on‑page optimisation at scale.
• Proven ability to prioritise competing workstreams and make independent decisions on testing and implementation.
• Strong keyword research skills with a focus on intent‑led opportunities.
• Hands‑on experience with CRO, including hypothesis development, test setup and results analysis.
• Solid technical SEO foundation covering crawlability, site architecture, canonicalisation and indexation.
