Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join its fully remote team. You will create innovative visual solutions for internal projects and external client branding, helping to shape the look and feel of a wide range of marketing and communication materials.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage the graphic design process from concept to final delivery.
• Develop branding, marketing assets, digital books, brochures, flyers, packaging, and event-themed designs.
• Work closely with account managers to translate client requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork files, ensuring technical specifications are met.
• Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve output quality.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Demonstrated ability to design for digital, print, and presentation platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
