Senior Graphic Designer – Creative Services

About the role

Join EY's Global Delivery Services Creative Center of Excellence as a Senior Graphic Designer, where you will create high‑impact, on‑brand visual solutions for a variety of internal and client‑facing projects. You will collaborate with art directors, workflow coordinators and content teams to translate strategic briefs into compelling designs across print and digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design branding materials such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, presentations and social media collaterals.
• Adhere to EY brand guidelines while delivering high‑quality, on‑time creative solutions for proposals, newsletters, flyers and interactive media.
• Mentor junior designers, manage multiple projects simultaneously and act as a design consultant for internal clients.

Required profile

• User‑centric mindset with a creative, innovative and analytical approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of design decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Document Cloud.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and motion‑graphics techniques.
• Experience creating infographics, data visualisations and typographic layouts.
