Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer

About the role

The Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack will design, develop, and ship new features for a production web application while continuously improving existing functionality, performance, and security. This role also includes fixing bugs, monitoring releases, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards for protected health information.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end features from concept through deployment, including coding, testing, and performance tuning.
• Write TypeScript, HTML, and SCSS using Angular and RxJS for front‑end client applications.
• Develop server‑side logic with Node.js in a serverless architecture on AWS (Lambda, Docker containers).
• Create and maintain REST and WebSocket APIs, and design DynamoDB data models.
• Manage infrastructure as code with AWS CDK and CloudFormation.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, perform functional, unit, and integration testing.
• Monitor production health with tools such as Sentry and respond to incidents.
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to refine requirements and share knowledge.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Angular, RxJS, and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and ship web applications end‑to‑end.
• Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS serverless services.
• Understanding of HIPAA and information‑security best practices.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
