Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of modern web applications. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to shape scalable, secure systems while collaborating with product and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build full‑stack applications using React for the frontend and Node.js or Python for the backend.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and secure system architectures.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Work closely with product and design teams to deliver user‑focused solutions.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Establish standards for testing, documentation, and code quality.

Required profile

• Strong experience with JavaScript, React, and Node.js development.
• Proven ability to build and deploy full‑stack applications at scale.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system architecture.
• Experience mentoring or guiding engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
