Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET)

About the role

Sharesource is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, test, release and support end‑to‑end features using modern .NET and Angular stacks while also maintaining legacy systems.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and JIRA workflows.
• Own the full lifecycle of features from design through release and support.
• Develop backend services with C#/.NET 7/8 (and occasional Ruby) and frontend with Angular 14/15 and TypeScript.
• Maintain legacy AngularJS and Angular 8 applications.
• Design and optimise MySQL databases and work with Elasticsearch where needed.
• Contribute to trunk‑based development, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor teammates and enforce engineering standards.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex to improve productivity.

Required profile

• Proven full‑stack experience with C#/.NET (7+), Angular (14+) and TypeScript.
• Experience maintaining legacy AngularJS/Angular 8 applications.
• Strong MySQL design and performance optimisation skills.
• Comfortable working end‑to‑end in a no‑QA environment.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
