Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Remote

About the role

EDGE Tutor is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale the core operating systems that power its global tutor marketplace. This remote position focuses on transforming manual, reactive processes into automated, AI‑enabled workflows that drive revenue, tutor utilization, and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously optimize the end‑to‑end Tutor Supply Engine, from recruitment through activation and utilization.
• Design a Reliability Layer that detects missed lessons, monitors operations in real time, and automates substitution workflows.
• Implement marketplace matching logic to balance supply and demand and improve scheduling reliability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to create scalable, resilient systems.
• Introduce automation and AI‑driven solutions to replace manual operational tasks.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience building large‑scale, high‑performance web applications.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product and operations stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a transformation‑focused mindset.
