About the role

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Professional to join its Global Opex team, responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting for IT operating expenses. The role supports decision‑making, cost‑efficiency initiatives, and strategic budgeting across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze performance for Global IT Opex.
• Assist with month‑end closing, ensuring accurate accruals for Opex functions.
• Model and analyze financial impacts of investments and cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior executives to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for expense and capital.
• Analyze cost drivers, recommend actionable measures, and develop initiatives to improve financial growth.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses and support month‑end close processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance & Accounting or a professional finance certification.
• 10+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
