Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

McDonald’s Philippines is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision‑making and drive financial performance across the business. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, providing insights that help shape growth initiatives and manage risk.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and evaluation to support strategic decisions.
• Identify business risks and growth opportunities, recommending actionable solutions.
• Consolidate and assess company financial performance against goals and market demands.
• Analyze historical and current data, spotting trends to improve profitability.
• Prepare and present structured reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with various departments, offering financial expertise on special projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum three years of experience in financial or data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting.
