Senior Finance Manager – Financial Controller

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the company’s accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and finance operations. Reporting to senior leadership, this role provides strategic financial insights to support decision‑making and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle accounting, month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals and adjustments.
• Prepare accurate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections and cash conversion initiatives.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and working‑capital optimization.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and the creation of management dashboards.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors, tax advisors and M&A due‑diligence teams.

Required profile

• Strong technical accounting expertise combined with hands‑on operational finance experience.
• Ability to communicate financial performance clearly to senior leadership.
• Proven track record in managing full‑cycle accounting and cash management functions.
