Senior Facilities Manager

About the role

The Senior Facilities Manager will lead the delivery of facilities services for assigned client sites, ensuring compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs. Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager or Regional FM, you will act as the primary liaison between Jones Lang LaSalle, the client, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day facilities operations, including cleaning, HVAC, landscaping, and technical maintenance.
• Develop and implement property‑specific operating strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee procurement of goods and services, leveraging JLL sourcing teams.
• Coordinate project management activities during build‑out phases, working with architects, landlords, and contractors.
• Prepare and present Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews to client stakeholders.
• Monitor and enforce KPI and SLA performance, addressing under‑performance promptly.
• Maintain budgets, process invoices, and manage forecasts using Oracle financial systems.
• Lead a team of receptionists and office services coordinators, handling resource allocation, performance reviews, and training.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management within a real‑estate or property services environment.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to understand and translate client objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and external service providers.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, capable of preparing business reviews and reports.
