Senior Engineer I - Test Hardware CAD

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer I specializing in Test Hardware CAD to lead the design and production of high‑quality printed circuit boards (PCBs) that meet tester requirements and our business unit methodology. The role involves creating design documentation, reviewing layouts, and coordinating project schedules within a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and design high‑quality PCB layouts adhering to tester requirements and specific methodology.
• Prepare and generate design documents and deliverables.
• Review PCB designs using the specified checklist and provide feedback to peers.
• Create and communicate project schedules and conduct incoming inspections.
• Assign and delegate tasks to team members and attend design review meetings with hardware engineering and project requestors.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and on‑time performance to optimize project cycle time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PCB design.
• Familiarity with schematic design and PCB layout processes.
• Knowledge of Altium software (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
