Senior Director, Global Quality, Safety & Environment – APAC

About the role

The Senior Director, Global Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) for APAC leads a team of auditors across Asia and reports to the VP of the Global Audit Organization. This role shapes a data‑driven, technology‑enabled audit function that anticipates risk, prevents harm, and improves performance throughout Coca‑Cola’s bottling network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of QSE audit professionals, fostering an inclusive culture.
• Oversee independent audits of company‑owned and franchised bottling operations, turning findings into actionable business insights.
• Leverage data, performance indicators, and digital tools to enhance audit effectiveness and risk‑based assurance.
• Partner with operating units, bottling partners, and global stakeholders to strengthen QSE performance and advise on emerging risks and compliance requirements.
• Champion innovation, modern audit practices, and continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Food Technology, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in Quality, Safety, and Environment within manufacturing or food‑related operations.
• Preferred certifications: Auditor Certification, HACCP, Six Sigma, CSP/NEBOSH, Project Management.
