Senior Director, Global Facilities

About the role

Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute its global facilities strategy. This executive will oversee real estate, workplace environments, and facilities operations across multiple continents, ensuring they support business growth and employee productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the global real estate strategy, including site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Partner with senior leadership to align facilities plans with headcount growth, organizational changes, and business objectives.
• Lead portfolio optimization, evaluating consolidations, expansions, and site rationalization to reduce costs and improve employee experience.
• Manage lease administration, renewals, and landlord relationships for sites in North America, Europe, and Asia‑Pacific.
• Define and implement a facilities strategy that adapts to evolving workplace needs.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of critical building systems across regions, ensuring reliability and consistent service.
• Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into performance, costs, and opportunities.
• Manage global operating and capital budgets, driving cost efficiency and long‑term planning.
• Oversee vendor strategy, including master service agreements, performance management, and service optimization.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, and workplace strategy.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing, globally distributed teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of aligning facilities initiatives to business growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working closely with finance, HR, IT, and business unit leaders.
• Experience managing large capital and operating budgets across multiple geographies.
