Senior Dining Manager

About the role

The Senior Dining Manager will lead the front‑of‑house team at our Antipolo location, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences across all shifts. This full‑time, on‑site position reports directly to restaurant leadership and works closely with kitchen managers to synchronize service timing and food quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining‑floor operations, including table allocations, opening and closing procedures, and ambiance standards.
• Supervise, coach, and schedule front‑of‑house staff, handling performance management and conflict resolution.
• Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and drive service recovery initiatives.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership to align service flow with food preparation and quality.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators such as guest satisfaction, reservation turnover, and labor productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Support planning and execution of events, promotions, and special services.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing restaurant or hospitality operations, preferably in high‑volume or buffet settings.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team supervision, coaching, and performance management.
• Excellent guest‑relations skills and a track record of effective service recovery.
• Solid understanding of front‑of‑house processes, reservations, and seating management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
