Senior DevOps Specialist

About the role

The Senior DevOps Specialist acts as a DevOps evangelist, mentoring junior staff and collaborating closely with Scrum Teams to improve delivery pipelines and processes. This role partners with the DevOps Team Lead to design new workflows, ensure security and compliance, and drive adoption of modern tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Works directly with Scrum Teams to solve complex tasks and design new process workflows.
• Coaches DevOps Specialists and Junior DevOps staff, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Designs and implements build, deployment, and configuration management pipelines for Scrum Teams.
• Creates automation to reduce manual effort and improves delivery efficiency.
• Monitors project metrics, manages DevOps tools, and ensures security and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on DevOps experience in a dynamic environment.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) and solid Linux/Windows fundamentals.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and collaborating with Scrum Teams.
