Senior Design Engineer

About the role

The Senior Design Engineer will lead the conceptualisation, planning and execution of product designs that meet customer specifications and quality standards. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Calumpit, Bulacan and reports to the Engineering Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise product designs and create detailed drawings and prototypes using CAD/CAM software.
• Guide Associate/Design Engineers to ensure drawings comply with codes, standards, company procedures and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with costing, production and Quality Control teams to deliver customer requirements efficiently and with high quality.
• Assist the Design Supervisor in developing new products through prototype creation and design documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field with training in CNC software.
• At least five (5) years of combined experience as a Design Engineer and CNC Programmer in a similar industry.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality products that satisfy customer and quality standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) software.
• Proficiency in Computer‑Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software.
• G‑code programming for CNC machines.
• CNC programming and operation.
• Experience with 3D printing for prototyping.
