Senior Data & Systems Control Associate – Finance Hub

About the role

The Senior Data and Systems Control Associate will act as the principal technical focal point for managing ERP system access controls and financial master data across the Global Shared Services Centre. Based in Manila, the role supports the Finance Hub in ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret complex functional requirements from Procurement, HR/Payroll, Finance and Project Management into secure ERP role‑management workflows.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee end‑to‑end review, approval and provisioning of ERP user access requests worldwide.
• Implement and monitor updates to central system permission rules, preventing conflicting access.
• Manage timely modification, suspension or de‑provisioning of user privileges during staff movements.
• Lead periodic organization‑wide user access reviews, resolve control exceptions and report systemic risks.
• Oversee maintenance of central financial master data such as chart of accounts, vendor and customer records.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in ERP access control and financial data governance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with Finance, Policy, ICT and business stakeholders.
