Senior Cybersecurity Analyst – SOC & DLP

About the role

Dexcom’s Security Operations team is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to drive Tier‑3 SOC operations, DLP monitoring and incident response. The role will involve end‑to‑end incident management, threat analysis and support for security projects across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security alerts from SIEM, endpoint protection, email gateways, firewalls, IDS and other tools.
• Conduct incident response activities including discovery, threat analysis, containment, remediation and forensic investigations on network and endpoints.
• Handle DLP alerts, investigate incidents and manage related remediation.
• Process security service requests such as malicious attachment review, firewall change reviews, vulnerability scans and penetration testing support.
• Lead an assigned SecOps pillar, overseeing operational and technical implementation of related projects.
• Support global and regional security initiatives, including project implementation and ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in security operations, preferably in a Tier‑3 SOC environment.
• Proven ability to lead a security pillar or focus area and coordinate cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical skills for threat investigation and remediation planning.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with internal customers and external partners.
