Senior Commercial Architect – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Commercial Architect to lead design, coordination, and documentation of commercial projects from schematic design through construction documents. The role is fully remote and offers autonomy to manage project workflows, interact with clients and consultants, and deliver high‑quality architectural documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client meetings, provide project updates, design recommendations, and technical guidance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout all project phases.
• Develop architectural deliverables from Schematic Design (SD) through Construction Documents (CD).
• Produce, review, and maintain high‑quality drawing sets using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with MEP consultants to ensure seamless coordination.
• Conduct quality‑control reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Identify and resolve design, documentation, and coordination issues proactively.
• Support project schedules, milestones, and deliverable deadlines while maintaining documentation quality.
• Mentor junior team members as needed.

Required profile

• Licensed Architect with proven experience on commercial projects.
• Experience with U.S.-based projects and familiarity with the Imperial measurement system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary consultant teams, including MEP engineers.
• Experience working in remote or international project environments.
