Senior Clinical Data Integrity Analyst

About the role

The Senior Clinical Data Integrity Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of clinical data within our organization. Working on‑site in Taguig City, you will support the quality performance of our electronic medical records (EMR) system and contribute to the overall integrity of patient information across the health network.

Key responsibilities

• Review clinical records to verify data accuracy and completeness.
• Abstract relevant data elements for analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with clinical, quality, and IT teams to maintain EMR integrity.
• Support quality performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives related to data integrity.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Experience working with clinical data and electronic health records.
• Familiarity with data abstraction processes and gap‑resolution techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary, mission‑driven team.
