Senior Civil Infrastructure Estimator (Remote)

About the role

ConnectOS is seeking a Senior Estimator to support civil infrastructure and local government projects across New South Wales. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with an Australian‑based engineering contractor while based in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs and tender documents for roads, drainage, parks and related projects.
• Manage full‑cycle procurement, cost planning and tender strategy in line with the company’s delivery model.
• Collaborate with directors, project managers and site teams using Assignar, SharePoint and Excel.
• Coordinate with Australian stakeholders to ensure compliance with local standards and council procurement processes.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting quality and timeline expectations.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of civil construction estimating experience, preferably on local government projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian construction practices, standards and council procurement procedures.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
