Senior Civil Designer – Roads

About the role

We are looking for a senior civil designer to lead the design and delivery of road infrastructure projects in Manila. The role spans the full project lifecycle from tender through detailed design, working within multidisciplinary teams to create sustainable transport solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage 3D civil models, including corridors, terrain, alignments and templates.
• Develop road geometry, horizontal and vertical alignments, intersections, widening and earthworks.
• Prepare civil design plans, profiles, cross‑sections and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver coordinated, construction‑ready designs.
• Produce quantity take‑offs and schedules from the 3D model.
• Prepare technical reports, design documentation and client presentations.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum eight years of experience on major road projects, preferably in Australia or local government transport projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian standards and industry design practices.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and coordinate multidisciplinary design activities.
