Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Join Royal Caribbean Group’s Contact Center Analytics Team as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. You will create data products, translate business problems into technical solutions, and work with both structured and unstructured data to drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to guide business strategies.
• Build reporting and analytical tools that enable non‑technical users to self‑service their requests.
• Create automated monitoring and alerts on analytical reports to identify issues.
• Suggest features, technologies, and process changes to achieve business goals based on data insights.
• Present findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Perform cost/benefit and ROI analysis to prioritize initiatives.
• Analyze AI technology performance, impact, and shortcomings.

Required profile

• Ability to generate custom queries, dashboards, and other data products.
• Strong understanding of data analytics techniques and statistical analysis.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• High proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Experience working with natural language data and unstructured datasets.
• 3+ years of professional SQL experience.
• 3+ years analyzing both structured and unstructured data.
• 3+ years building analytics reports and communicating results to non‑technical audiences.
