Senior Business Analyst, GREW

About the role

RingCentral is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, GREW to join its Facilities Insights and Analytics Program, recruited through Acquire BPO in Manila. The role turns complex facilities data on seating capacity, space utilization, food distribution and resource planning into clear, actionable insights for executive and operational leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze facilities data (badge swipes, desk/room bookings, food service logs) with regression, ANOVA and other statistical methods to find utilization trends and operational drivers.
• Build predictive models for future seating capacity and food service demand.
• Design and validate KPIs and metrics for office space usage and amenity performance.
• Create narratives and presentations of data-driven insights for non-technical executives.
• Design, build and automate reports and dashboards (live occupancy, space utilization heatmaps).
• Collaborate with IT on the company's data sources for facilities (IWMS, building systems, reservation tools) and support leadership with analytic requests.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in predictive and prescriptive data analytics, planning or similar roles.
• 3+ years in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Operations or related analytics/business partnership.
• Working knowledge of the full business analytics reporting cycle, from collection and warehousing to ETLs and visualization.
• Willingness to work night shifts (2am–11am MNL) and a hybrid setup (10-11 days in the office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).

Required skills

• SQL and database design; extensive Excel experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, R, Python, Tableau and Power BI or similar tools.
• Desired: Anaplan, Alteryx, Hadoop, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Data Studio.
