About the role

As a Senior Brand Manager you will shape the strategic direction of our brand, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across all channels. You will lead innovative brand initiatives and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

  • Measure and drive sales growth attributable to marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and improve market share within the industry.
  • Evaluate ROI on marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Assess communication and promotion effectiveness against defined metrics.
  • Ensure marketing spend remains within approved budget.
  • Lead product launch activities and measure success against predetermined criteria.

Required profile

  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Excellent project management, communication and negotiation skills.
  • High sense of achievement and ability to think from a consumer perspective.
  • Analytical, creative and goal‑driven mindset.
  • Ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
