Senior Auditor – Remote (US GAAP/GAAS)

About the role

TOA Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor to lead complex financial audit engagements for US public‑accounting clients. This fully remote position operates on a US‑aligned night shift, allowing you to apply US GAAP and GAAS standards while working from the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end audits for Common Interest Realty Associations, fund accounting entities, and governmental bodies.
• Test internal controls, assess risks, and determine materiality thresholds.
• Prepare detailed workpapers, analytical review schedules, and formal audit reports.
• Collaborate with on‑shore stakeholders to gather documentation and resolve ledger discrepancies.
• Stay current with revisions to US GAAP, GAAS, and related regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of audit experience in public accounting with exposure to CIRA, fund accounting, or governmental accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS and ability to apply them in audit engagements.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
