Senior Associate – Tax Services

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Tax Services team in Makati. You will work with a diverse set of clients, advising on local and overseas tax matters while delivering strategic solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on tax affairs, indirect taxes, dispute resolution and global enterprise tax solutions.
• Identify and reduce tax risks, ensure compliance, and implement tax strategies.
• Support projects in international tax, mergers & acquisitions, state and local tax accounting, regulatory processes, and tax reporting.
• Use feedback and reflection to develop self‑awareness and coach junior team members.
• Delegate tasks, propose innovative solutions, and extract insights using a broad range of tools.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, and share relevant thought leadership.
• Communicate clearly, build diverse relationships, and uphold PwC’s code of ethics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Accounting.
• Philippines Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure.
• Government clearance required.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
