Senior Associate – Quality Assurance (SOQ)

About the role

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Associate for its System of Quality (SOQ) function. The role will support the Quality Management System at Pfizer Country Offices, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory expectations. You will work closely with Global Regulatory Sciences, Global Supply Chain, Medical and site teams to maintain high‑quality product supply.

Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) across Pfizer Country Offices.
• Lead or participate in deviation investigations, root‑cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Review and approve investigations, change control activities and ensure alignment with configuration management policies.
• Manage SOP implementation, training programs and documentation for GMP/GDP activities.
• Collect, analyse and report key quality performance indicators, highlighting trends and recommending actions.
• Participate in quality review meetings and internal audits.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance or related regulatory environment.
• Strong understanding of GMP, GDP and quality system requirements.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with global and local stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex issues and achieve consensus.
