About the role
We are seeking a motivated Senior Associate Lawyer to join our tax and legal services team. This position is open to candidates who will pass the Philippine Bar Examination in 2025 and are eager to develop a career in corporate tax, governance, and regulatory matters.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on tax law, corporate governance, and financial regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and compliance policies.
- Represent clients in litigation and dispute‑resolution proceedings.
- Conduct thorough legal research and develop tailored legal strategies.
- Ensure client compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor legislative changes and advise clients on emerging legal risks.
Required profile
- Philippine Bar Examination passer (2025).
- Interest in building a career in tax and legal services.
- Experience in litigation work is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with a virtual team.
- Willingness to undertake fieldwork when required.
