Senior Associate, Business Development – Food & Dining

About the role

Join Klook’s Business Development team to expand and manage a high‑quality Food & Dining portfolio for a rapidly growing global audience. You will work cross‑functionally to acquire new merchants, optimise offerings and strengthen partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of a high‑quality Food & Dining portfolio for Klook’s global customers.
• Acquire and onboard diverse merchants, coordinating with operations, content, finance and quality teams.
• Cultivate partner relationships, create success plans and provide training to maximise sales on the platform.
• Optimize pricing, inventory and exclusive privileges to keep Klook market‑leading.
• Collaborate with marketing, supplier operations, customer service and finance to drive sales and ensure accurate payments.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in FMCG, OTA, merchant‑facing technology or e‑commerce.
• Familiarity with travel & tours products and a network of food & beverage merchants is a plus.
• Strong English proficiency for global cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage pipelines, negotiate deals and build long‑term partner relationships.
