Senior Associate – Actuarial Services

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Actuarial Services team in Makati. You will work with insurers, banks and regulators, providing advice on solvency, economic capital, risk management and financial modelling.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the impact of new regulations on insurance balance sheets.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring and risk‑control projects.
• Develop and review financial models, underwriting assumptions and reserve calculations.
• Provide insights on industry trends and help improve claims and reporting processes.
• Mentor junior team members and delegate tasks to develop their capabilities.

Required profile

• Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to structure unstructured problems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
