Senior Architect / Revit Modeler

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect / Revit Modeler to join our work‑share team supporting our UAE office. The role is hybrid, based in the Philippines (Makati, Quezon City or Cebu City), and involves delivering high‑quality BIM models and technical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers and designers to produce detailed construction documents and Revit models that meet project briefs and specifications.
• Prepare drawings, models, specifications, reports and other design documentation.
• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of technical and design documentation, including Revit model development and clash detection.
• Perform quality checks on design and technical documentation, ensuring dimensional accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee and mentor the design team, sharing knowledge on technical delivery and model development.
• Conduct multidisciplinary checks and ensure adherence to ESD concepts and relevant Revit plugins.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant architectural and BIM experience.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and self‑review work before submission.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, joinery, finishes and interior design documentation.
• Familiarity with regenerative design tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (including rendering).
• Clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination within Revit.
• Architectural detailing and interior design documentation.
• Knowledge of joinery, finishes and related documentation.
• Experience with Dynamo, Grasshopper, or similar generative design tools (optional).
• Understanding of ESD concepts and Revit Insight plugin (optional).
