Senior Analyst Instructor (Hybrid)

About the role

The Senior Analyst Instructor will lead the assessment, design, and delivery of learning programs that support employee performance and development. Working in a hybrid setup, you will collaborate with Operations Leads and learning partners to create scalable training solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct talent capability assessments to identify high‑potential employees and develop competency‑building learning plans.
• Design and develop training modules, workbooks, job aids, e‑learning courses, videos, and assessments.
• Research, fact‑check, and validate content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Partner with technical teams to publish materials on learning platforms and manage delivery across classroom, virtual, and self‑paced formats.
• Execute communication strategies for internal and external training events.
• Monitor learner progress, manage enrollment, and track training effectiveness through surveys and knowledge checks.
• Maintain and update training schedules, certification pathways, and program documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training design, needs assessment, and curriculum development.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate competency requirements and learning outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration skills with operations, learning partners, and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple training projects and meet deadlines.
