Senior Analyst, ATR - Spanish

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Senior Analyst specialized in ATR to support its global trade operations. The role involves daily interaction with international colleagues and offers the chance to develop finance expertise within a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day accounting activities and ensure timely financial book close.
• Connect with country teams and other stakeholders to gather relevant information.
• Maintain compliance with global and local financial controls.
• Deliver tax and audit requirements within established deadlines.
• Conduct monthly balance‑sheet reviews and financial statement analysis for assigned entities.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Serve as a backup resource for team members and handle ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, ATR, RTR or AR.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
