Senior AEM Front‑End / UI Developer (Hybrid, Makati)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Front‑End / UI Developer with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to create and maintain high‑performing, customer‑facing web experiences. The role is hybrid, requiring on‑site presence twice a week at our Ayala, Makati office.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and scalable web interfaces on AEM platforms.
• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes and business requirements into functional user interfaces.
• Create reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs and front‑end libraries.
• Implement front‑end functionality using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript and Vue.js where applicable.
• Integrate front‑end solutions with RESTful APIs, backend services and AEM content structures.
• Support Caltex and Global Web delivery, including enhancements, defect fixes, releases and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex front‑end, AEM, browser compatibility and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices for security and maintainability.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across regions and time zones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Senior‑level experience in front‑end/UI development for enterprise‑scale digital platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, including sites, components, templates and author/publish workflows.
• Proven ability to work with REST APIs and integrate with backend services.
