Senior Accounting Manager – Clark, Philippines

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Senior Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations in our Clark, Philippines office. Reporting to the SVP Corporate Accounting and Controller, you will ensure US GAAP compliance, drive financial close processes, and mentor a high‑performing finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial close and reporting.
• Manage general ledger reconciliations and balance‑sheet account reviews.
• Supervise accounts receivable, billing, and ensure revenue recognition aligns with US GAAP.
• Reconcile cash and banking activities to optimize cash flow.
• Support internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate finance staff, handling all personnel decisions.
• Administer departmental policies, assist with budgeting, strategic planning and special projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Healthcare Finance or related field.
• CPA license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
• 10‑12 years of experience in healthcare finance, accounting or treasury.
• Proven ability to work across multiple time zones.
• Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred.
