Senior Accounting Analyst

About the role

Decimal is a franchise network of operator‑owned accounting firms that provides technology, processes and infrastructure to independent accountants. As a Senior Accounting Analyst you will lead detailed financial analysis and manage end‑to‑end accounting for multiple clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth analysis of balance sheets and income statements for new clients, identifying discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare month‑end financial close workbooks, reconcile bank and ledger accounts, and resolve any issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date books using QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, Dext and other cloud tools.
• Process accounts payable through Bill.com or Routable and handle payroll journal entries.
• Collaborate with US accounting managers and lead accounting‑related projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online; 1+ year with Sage Intacct (Xero preferred).
• 3+ years of end‑to‑end accounting experience serving multiple clients.
• Experience reviewing month‑end statements, managing A/P, and supervising reviewers.
• Strong analytical abilities and clear communication with US and PH teams.
