Senior Accountant (Singapore)

About the role

The Senior Accountant will deliver high‑quality accounting advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You will manage complex transactions, ensure accurate financial records, and support audit engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Review journal entries, reconciliation schedules and payroll, including IR8A filings with IRAS.
• Prepare and review GST/withholding tax, personal and corporate tax submissions after manager approval.
• Prepare FS/XRBL, perform simple consolidations and process complex accounts.
• Monitor client deliverables, respond to client inquiries, and draft monthly/quarterly/yearly reports.
• Support audit teams by preparing schedules, forms and responding to auditor queries.
• Process client payments and draft Acclime invoices in Xero.
• Coach junior staff and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience handling Accounts Payable and tax preparation.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team.
