About the role
Outsource Access is seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to support a fast‑growing, multi‑location medical aesthetics and wellness spa. This fully remote position will partner directly with the CEO and a fractional CFO, ensuring the financial backbone of the business is accurate, timely, and insight‑driven.
Key responsibilities
- Lead monthly and semi‑monthly close processes across all locations, reconciling deferred membership revenue and state tax obligations.
- Manage the blend of service‑based revenue and cost‑of‑goods, handling depreciation, prepaid expenses, and accrual adjustments.
- Integrate and reconcile payroll data from Gusto, When I Work, and QuickBooks Online.
- Provide concise, actionable financial analysis to U.S. leadership, acting as the right‑hand to the CEO and CFO.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in accrual‑based accounting, multi‑location financials, and complex revenue models.
- Proactive ownership of deadlines and ability to thrive during high‑pressure month‑end sprints.
- Flawless English communication skills for presenting financial insights to fast‑moving executives.
- Professional remote work environment with reliable BYOD setup and high‑speed internet.
