Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant will manage finance‑related transactions, ensuring accurate billing, collections, payables, expenses, budgets and reporting for Cushman & Wakefield.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client invoices, verify documentation, monitor collections and reconcile records.
• Process supplier invoices and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and reconcile expense reports, produce monthly revenue reports with variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual operating plan and execute month‑end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and perform additional finance‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA qualification is a plus.
• Minimum five years of accounting experience.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong dedication to work and a drive for excellence.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
