Security Operations Analyst

About the role

Moog is looking for a Security Operations Analyst to join its IT team in Baguio City. You will support and monitor the company’s cybersecurity operations, focusing on compliance with the EASA Part‑IS regulation and protecting aviation‑related assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the EASA Part‑IS compliance effort in Baguio and maintain the ISMS.
• Monitor, analyze and respond to security events, vulnerabilities and incidents.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analyses and security audits.
• Serve as the primary liaison with EASA regulators and auditors.
• Develop, test and maintain incident response procedures and playbooks.
• Document incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and produce after‑action reviews.
• Deploy and manage security tools such as endpoint protection, IDS, cryptography and privileged account management solutions.
• Participate in the implementation of security controls, tools and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in security and at least 5 years in IT administration.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience with EDR/XDR, SIEM, email security, PAM and vulnerability management tools.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and frameworks (NIST, ISO, CMMC, Cyber Essentials Plus).
• Ability to prioritize and act under pressure; onsite presence 75% with occasional travel.
