About the role
We are looking for a proactive Security Manager to safeguard our operations in Pasig, Philippines. The role requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a hands‑on approach to risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Lead, coach and train security personnel to ensure effective incident response.
- Monitor security systems, analyse performance metrics and produce reports.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to security incidents.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in security management or a related field.
- Ability to work under pressure in high‑stress situations.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices.
