About the role
We are looking for a proactive Secretary with at least one year of experience to support our executive team. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information in a fast‑paced office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules and appointments.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Answer and direct phone calls and handle inquiries.
- Greet visitors and provide general administrative support.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate office procedures and ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
